Aims & Objectives

Aims & Objectives:

• Educational:To achieve educational development of women and girls in the area of scope. To convince them about the importance of education. To offer educational scholarships as an encouragement to the girls attaining better percentage. To distribute educational equipment to needy and scholars. (e.g. note books, books, uniform etc.) To establish library, reading rooms, within the area of scope of the institute. To start middle school, high school and college in the field of technical, medical, higher technical education. Also start a college for women. To establish Women’s university. To start a study, a guidance center. To run schools and hostels for the girls in the remote areas. To start classes giving value based education.

To start pre-primary, Anganwadi, primary schools giving education through local language as well through English and Hindi. To establish middle schools with hostel facility, up-to-date laboratories. To establish Collages and Universities for different disciplines. To establish hostels according to needs. To start technical schools and colleges.

Medical:

To organize medical camps catering to the patients within the area of work. To organize medical camps for women. To start an ambulance service if possible. To give medical and monitory assistance to the terminally ill. To start mobile dispensary and First aid service. To start Family Planning Center and Women’s health information center.

To start, Dispensaries, Hospitals, Medical shops, Mobile laboratories, Medical College etc. Also to start awareness programme regarding Family planning, sex education and Aids. To make available medicines and emergency related equipments.

Sports:

To propagate & encourage outdoors games. To organize competitions at different levels. To start classes for Yogasan, Pranayam. To start a gymnasium with latest equipment. To give coaching in different sports. To establish high school, Collages, Training centers in the field of sports education.

To organize different camps, workshops to make women, girls self-reliant. To avail them of guidance from industrialists to encourage entrepreneurship.

Industry:

To start Business guidance center, business training center. E.g. Typing, Xeroxing, Computer training, To start home, village, small scale industry for women. To start Dairy. To encourage home industry like embroidery, arts etc. also to start training in this field.

To follow and execute the policies of the govt. and semi govt. regarding women. To develop the fallow lands belonging to the govt. , semi govt. agencies, to make them productive.

Agriculture:

To make use of such unproductive, fallow lands in the field of social forestation, plantation, and watershed development programmes. To produce fodder, fruits, flowers (Horticulture) To educate women from the faraway, underdeveloped areas about agriculture and encourage them to come forward in this field.
To establish Agricultural colleges, Agricultural universities to part education in the field of animal husbandry, agricultural engineering, agricultural banking, co-operatives etc. To establish research stations to increase agriculture produce, dairy produce, to control pest, cattle disease etc. To establish laboratories for scientific analysis of soil, water, seeds. To make efforts to renew, develop, replenishment of natural resources. To establish a plant nursery. To introduce the people to the latest methods of water harvesting. To run different schemes to de-silt the existing dams, reservoirs to increase the water storing capacity.

To celebrate national festivals, (15th Aug, 26th Jan, Maharashtra Din, Shivajayanti etc.) To erect statues of pillar personalities, to celebrate their birth, death anniversaries, to propagate their teachings. To celebrate like Gasesh, Durga festivals.

National festivals:

To start activities banning alcohol, dowry, blind faith, etc. also in the field of adult education, literacy etc. To execute schemes for ideal village and Shramadaan. To build Marriage hall, Drama theatre, Cultural center. To start hostels, help centers for orphans, destitute, widows, divorces, spinsters etc. To start hostels for working women. Also to keep track of government schemes for women and execute them. To make every effort for the upliftment of women. To felicitate distinguished women achievers in the field of women and child welfare.

Social and Developmental:

To start free guidance center in the field of family-law. To organize mass weddings. To start schools, hostels for mentally and physically disabled children. To start school for child labors.

To help in cases of national emergences, natural calamities, by sending knowledgeable voluntaries. Also by collecting and sending food grain, clothing, and medicine, monitory help. Organizing blood donation camps, starting Blood bank, creating awareness about eye donation etc. Also to help such organizations working towards the same goal in every possible way. To execute schemes to achieve balance in the nature and environment by opposing hunting and killings of wild animals, insects (wild fauna). If necessary to take help of other Volunteer organizations seeking the common goal of human welfare.

To establish research centers in the field of nature cures, Yogavidya, Etc. To start plantation of medicinal plants for propogation of ayurved, to arrange constructive activities for this purpose.
